Subject: U.S. Trademark Application SN 88660824 for the mark RADIUS
Dear Ms. Balke,
Per our telephone conference regarding the above-referenced trademark application, below is an amended identification of the services that would be acceptable and would also obviate the current refusal under Section 2(d).
“Platform as a service featuring a computer software platform being software development tools for use by software developers and engineers for the design, development and storage and retrieval of products and services in the fields of property casualty risks, catastrophic risks, weather related risks, terrorism risks, mortality and longevity risks, insurance, reinsurance, insurance portfolio management and risk management; Providing temporary use of non-downloadable hosted computer software development tools for use by software developers and engineers for retrieving and analyzing information and data in the fields of property casualty risks, catastrophic risks, weather related risks, terrorism risks, mortality and longevity risks, insurance, reinsurance, insurance portfolio management and risk management,” in Class 42
If this wording meets with your approval, I would be happy to enter the change via an Examiner’s Amendment. Please also feel free to contact me with any questions.
Kind regards,
/Tracy Fletcher/
