Mark Description
The following description of the mark replaces the current description of record:
The mark consists of a stylized map of the state of Texas outlined in black, overlaid with a stylized rendering of the flag of Texas wherein the left half of the map is shaded blue with a white star outlined in black, and the right side of the map is divided by a black horizontal line so the upper section is white within which is the black stylized wording “GAMES” and the bottom portion is shaded red.
