There is a chance that even though the software is non-downloadable, the term downloading of data may be flagged as confusing – would the following change also work (see highlighted change):

 

“Providing online, non-downloadable computer software for managing independent insurance agencies, namely, non-downloadable computer software for use in customer relationship management and distribution of marketing material in the field of insurance and for downloading acquiring insurance data from insurance companies” in Class 42.
