Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Robin Fuller, attorney of record, on June 22, 2020, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the goods and/or services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

The identification of goods in International Class 9 is amended to read as follows:  “Downloadable computer chatbot software providing text and voice communications for use in connection with the provision of insurance administration, insurance underwriting services, providing insurance information, insurance consultation, the purchase and management of insurance policies, obtaining insurance quotes, filing and managing insurance claims, and providing risk control and loss prevention information and consultation; and downloadable mobile application in the field of insurance featuring computer chatbot software providing text and voice communications for use in connection with the provision of insurance administration, insurance underwriting services, providing insurance information, insurance consultation, the purchase of insurance policies, obtaining insurance quotes, filing and managing insurance claims, account management and providing risk control and loss prevention information and consultation.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).
