I have received and reviewed your response to my office action regarding amending your identification of goods. However, your suggested identification still has some issues that need to be fixed before the mark can move forward. In particular, as I have mentioned a few times, not all of your identified goods are classified in class 014. For example, “purse chains” are specifically in class 018. Additionally, your trademark should not be mentioned in the identification of goods. Further, your punctuation should be limited to primarily semicolons and occasionally commas, as further explained in the office action.

 

I can suggest to following possible identifications:

 

Class 006: hexagonal decorative handbag clip in the nature of hangers in the nature of metal hooks used to hang a purse or bag from a table

 

Class 014: Jewelry; and Precious Metals; and Watches;  - handbag accessories utilizing hexagonal shapes; hexagonal luggage tags with DB logo; hexagonal key ring charms; colorful charms for handbag chains, key chains, and key rings; adornments and tassels for handbags with multi-colored embroidery; hexagonal purse chains; key rings, key chains and key ring charms with DB logo; bag straps with DB logo and hexagon shapes, handbag hexagonal decorative clip to attach to handbags, the phrase "I prefer to live in color" in association with DB logo and trademark; bee shaped key ring charm with DB logo

 

Class 018: Hexagonal luggage tags; Hexagonal purse chains; Hexagonal bag straps

 

Class 020: hexagonal decorative handbag clip in the nature of hangers in the nature of non-metal hooks used to hang a purse or bag from a table

 

Class 026: hexagonal purse charms; colorful charms for handbag chains; Tassels for handbags with multi-colored embroidery; bee shaped purse charm; purse charms

 

Please let me know if you approve of the class 014 amended identification of goods and if you would like to add any additional classes. An additional fee of $275 will be charged per class for adding one or more classes.
