NON-RESPONSIVE SUBMISSION

On September 27, 2019, applicant filed a document notifying the USPTO that the prior filed duplicate application will soon be listed as abandoned.  However, the prior application has still not been abandoned as of October 3, 2019.  Thus, the correspondence does not address the outstanding Office action dated September 27, 2019 and is thus considered non-responsive such that it does not extend the response period for that Office action.  See TMEP §719.  Therefore, applicant must respond to the outstanding Office action within six months of the issue date of September 27, 2019, to avoid abandonment of the application.  Id.
