Dear Attorney Anderson:

Thank you for your most recent responses received on February 27, 2020. The response amended the identification of goods. The amended wording is not acceptable as it uses the language “electronic components.” This language when used requires the applicant indicate the specific electronic components by common commercial name. Such clarification is required in this instance. From our discussion it seems the goods are a sensor of sorts. To that end, I suggest amending the wording as follows: “Gunshot detection devices, namely, electronic sensors for detecting gunshot activity,” in International class 9.

Please advise me whether the suggested language is acceptable. I would be happy to amend by examiner’s amendment and move the applications along. Alternatively, if preferable, I can issue office actions.

Best regards,

/Elizabeth N. Kajubi/
