Great speaking with you just now.  Per our discussion, the following 11 applications for the mark NCVI require the mark description to be amended to reflect the horizontal bar that appears in between the letters “C” and “V”.

·         The mark consists of the letters “NCVI” in a stylized form, with a horizontal bar in between the letters “C” and “V”.

 

Therefore, as soon as you get a chance, please either call or email me back letting me know you're OK with the proposed changes, and I'll take care of everything on my end via Examiner's Amendments, and then move the applications forward that do not currently have a conflicting Section 2(d) refusal issue, and issue Priority Actions for the ones that do.  However, if I do not hear back from you within 24 hours, then I will issue Office Actions.  If you think you need longer than 24 hours, please kindly respond letting me know as such.
