USPTO database searched; no conflicting marks found.  The trademark examining attorney searched the USPTO database of registered and pending marks and found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d).  15 U.S.C. §1052(d); TMEP §704.02.

Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by Joshua Purvis on 11/26/2019, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

The identification of services is amended to read as follows: 

• Class 042: Computer services, namely, creating an on-line community for registered account owners to organize groups, to participate in discussions and engage in social networking and social networking for communities in the field of employee recognition and engagement; Computer services, namely, hosting an interactive web site that allows users to enter, access, and analyze employee recognition, incentive and reward program information for managing, developing and maintaining points-based rewards program interfaces; Computer services, namely, hosting an interactive web site that allows users to access employee recognition, incentive and award program information and to upload redemption applications for the purpose of facilitating commerce through customized rewards program catalogs via a global computer network server; Computer services, namely, hosting and maintaining an on-line web site for others for uploading and sharing online content in the field of business and peer-to-peer recognition for use by companies to promote employee recognition, incentive and rewards program; Providing a web site featuring technology that enables companies and organizations to administer and manage employee incentive award programs and to promote employee productivity, performance, recognition and morale; Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for use in data management of employee engagement and performance, namely, real-time performance management solutions for managing goals, gathering employee performance feedback, digitally recognizing employee achievements and tracking employee sentiment and mood
