I am the assigned trademark examiner for the above-referenced application.  I have reviewed the application and the sole issue to be resolved is the amendments to the description of the mark.

Amended Description of the Mark

 

The current description of the mark is amended as follows:

 

The mark consists of a design of a dark blue square having rounded corners containing a design in the center consisting of the stylized numbers "4444" in which each of the numbers is rotated in order to connect at their various legs. The upper left and lower right numbers are in green, and the upper right and lower left numbers are in light blue.
