EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT

Issue date:  November 26, 2019

Application has been amended as shown below.  The trademark examining attorney is amending the application as follows.  No prior approval or authorization from applicant or applicant’s attorney is required.  TMEP §707.02.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the goods are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

AMENDED IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS

The identification of goods in Class 26 is amended to remove duplicate wording and now reads as follows: 

International Class 23:  Quilting and sewing supplies namely, sewing threads

International Class 26:  Sewing pins, sewing needles, sewing thimbles; sewing baskets, sewing tins; snap, zip, hook and eyelet, and slide fasteners; separable fasteners, namely, hook and loop type fasteners; clothing buckles; quilt, blanket, seam and rug binding; cloth patches for clothing; patches for repairing textile articles; quilting and sewing supplies sold as a kit comprised of notions for quilting, namely, sewing pins and threads, thread racks; pin cushions; tracing wheels; buttons; haberdashery ribbons; ribbons of textile materials; fabric appliqués; lace; webbing in the nature of woven fabric tape for sewing purposes; beads for handicraft work; artificial flower arrangements
