I hope this email finds you well. I am the examining trademark attorney assigned to your client’s application for GAME READY for firearms. I have finished my review of the file and there is one issue that needs to be taken care of before the application can be approved for publication. The term GAME in the mark is descriptive of a use for the goods, hunting wild game. Thus it needs to be disclaimed.
