Subject: Urgent Response Requested U.S. Trademark Application SN: 88567249
Good morning Mr. Sample,
I am the trademark examining attorney reviewing the above referenced application for your client, Animal Science Products, Inc. In review of this application, there is one issue that can be corrected without the need for an office action.
An amended identification of the goods identified in International Class 5 is required because the wording “compositions” is indefinite and must be clarified to clarify what the primary nature of the goods are. Specifically, the suggested identification would read, with suggested changes in bold:
International Class 5: Medicated dermatological preparations and substances in the nature of compositions for topical application to livestock
Please let me know if you would approve of my amending the identification as described.
For assistance with identifying and classifying goods and services in trademark applications, please see the USPTO’s online searchable U.S. Acceptable Identification of Goods and Services Manual. See TMEP §1402.04.
In summary, we require the following approvals from you:
1) Amended Identification of Goods/Services as described above.
Please respond no later than the end of business today.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please feel free to call or e-mail me using the information provided in my signature block below. Thank you.
Respectfully,
/Alexandra Portaro/
