The amendments you propose for the entity type and ID are acceptable.  Please see the additions re the ID.  I will appreciate if you can make these changes by Examiner’s amendment.

 

1)      Agreed: Identification of goods – The following changes in bold are required. Applicant needs to clarify the wording within brackets:

 

Apparel and clothing, namely, tops, bottoms, shirts, outerwear, namely, jackets, hats, gloves, and coats, sleepwear, t-shirts, shirts, long-sleeved shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hooded sweatshirts, coats, tracksuit pants, tracksuit tops, jerseys, pants, joggers, underwear, socks, belts, and play suits; headwear, namely, hats, baseball caps, snapback hats, and trucker caps; Apparel and clothing, namely, blazers, blouses, singlets, polo shirts, shorts, scarves, dressing gowns, pajamas, bathing suits, bathrobes, gloves, jeans, dresses, ear bands, ear muffs, skirts and rain wear; footwear; headgear, namely, watch caps being beanies, bucket hats, beanies and bandanas

 

 

2)      Agreed: Legal Entity Type Uncertain – Applicant is LCLN (MEDIA) Pty Ltd. and is listed as a CORPORATION. A “Proprietary Limited Company” is suggested as a the correct entity type for applicant.
