In a previous Office action dated October 18, 2019, applicant was advised that the mark in Serial No. 87845909 may present a potential bar to registration. In addition, applicant was required to satisfy the following: classification and identification of goods and services; multiple-class application requirements.

Applicant filed a Response on April 10, 2020, in which applicant did not address any issues in the previous Office action, and requested the application to be suspended.
