MARK DESCRIPTION

 

The following description of the mark replaces the current description of record:

 

            The mark consists of the term "EXP REFERRAL ASSOCIATES" in stylized form, with "EXP" displayed in larger letters above "REFERRAL ASSOCIATES", with the entire term positioned to the right of the design of two shaking hands substantially enclosed within a circular border, with the circular border being in turn, enclosed by a shaded square-like shape having rounded corners and inwardly arcing sides.
