I believe Ms. Adams said that a response was filed in November, however, unfortunately I do not see anything on the record for a response so I am not sure what happened or if it was a technical error in our system. Regardless, I can fix the ID issue and the entity issue through an Examiner’s Amendment. I just need authorization for Ms. Farber on this particular case, even though I know I got confirmation about the other cases prior.
