Supplemental Register

 

The applied-for mark is primarily geographically descriptive of the origin of the applied-for goods, and thus registration will be refused under Section 2(e)(2) of the Lanham Act. However, this refusal can be obviated through amendment to the Supplemental Register. I can amend the application to the Supplemental Register, with your express authorization.

 

Disclaimer

 

If you amend to the Supplemental Register, a disclaimer of the wording “SPORT” is required, as it is generic for the applied-for goods.
