In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Applicant requests that the Examiner suspend the prosecution of the current application pending the disposition of the prior cited applications in the Office Action dated September 26, 2019. Applicant traverses the 2(d) rejection and will present arguments against the cited registration's likelihood of confusion with the present application at such time that all pending applications have been registered or abandoned. Applicant also elects to modify the identification of goods which necessitates payment of the multi-class filing fees at such time as well.
