DATABASE SEARCH: The trademark examining attorney has searched the USPTO’s database of registered and pending marks and has found no conflicting marks that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d). TMEP §704.02; see 15 U.S.C. §1052(d).
ISSUES APPLICANT MUST ADDRESS: On July 26, 2019, the trademark examining attorney and Kimberly S. Grimsley, Esq. discussed the issues below. Applicant must timely respond to these issues. See 15 U.S.C. §1062(b); 37 C.F.R. §2.62(a); TMEP §§708, 711.
ADDITIONAL FILING FEE
Therefore, applicant must either (1) restrict the application to the number of classes covered by the fees already paid, or (2) submit the fees for each additional class.
APPLICATION HAS BEEN AMENDED: In accordance with the authorization granted by the individual identified in the Priority Action section above, the trademark examining attorney has amended the application as indicated below. Please advise the undersigned immediately of any objections. TMEP §707. The identification and classification of goods and services is amended to read as follows:

“Social media strategy consultancy focusing on helping clients create and extend their product and brand strategies by building virally engaging marketing solutions; Providing promotion and marketing services to others by assisting businesses in engaging in social media marketing; Social media marketing for others” in International Class 035.
“Instant messaging services; interactive online communication services, namely, providing on-line facilities for real-time interaction between businesses and their customers and potential customers” in International Class 038.
“Software as a Service (SAAS) services featuring software for providing interactive message services for customers and potential customers with businesses; Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for enabling businesses to provide and obtain customer support, to assist in providing customer engagement tools, marketing, customer care, online commerce, and messaging to customers, and for facilitating interaction, connections and digital messaging and chat conversations; Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for facilitating interaction, connections, and conversations between users in the digital messaging, digital chat, and customer engagement fields; Software as a Service (SaaS) services featuring software for social media marketing and social media strategy and marketing consultancy; Software as a Service (SaaS) services featuring software for online social networking” in International Class 042.
