Subject: Trademark App. Amendment - SNs. 88485817 (GO ACOUSTIC) and 88485801 (DOCKING STATION)

Dear Mr. Abbruzzese,

This is in regard to two co-pending Trademark Applications for SNs. 88485817 (GO ACOUSTIC) and 88485801 (DOCKING STATION).  I would like to make an amendment to the identification here to clarify the nature of some of the goods.  As these applications both have the same identifications, the below language is suggested for both.  “Conditioners” could include various other types of goods, such as soil conditioners, fuel conditioners, etc.  Since it appears these are “hair conditioners” that language is suggested.  Additionally, “lotion” could include various types of lotions, see some suggestions below.

Class 3: Shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash and [indicate type of lotion, e.g., body, facial, and hair] lotion

Please let me know how you would like to proceed by the end of the week.

Thank you,

Megan M. Hartnett
