IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS

 

The identification of goods is amended to read as follows:  “Land motor vehicles, namely, automobiles and their engines; vehicle rooftop carriers, namely, roof racks; spare tire covers; fitted motor vehicle covers; bug deflectors for motor vehicles, as structural parts of motor vehicles and specially adapted for use with motor vehicles; mud flaps for motor vehicles; trailer hitch receiver plugs for motor vehicles; sunshades for motor vehicles; license plate frames for motor vehicles; windshields for motor vehicles; windows for motor vehicles; wheels for motor vehicles; hub caps for motor vehicle wheels.”  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).

Dear Julie,

 

I have reviewed the above-referenced trademark application, and it appears that there are only a couple of slight issues that needs to be addressed before the application can be moved forward.  Specifically, some of the wording in the ID will need to be further clarified.  I proposed the following amendments:
