Subject: Trademark Application Serial Nos. 88476773, 88482135, and 88481861 (Attn: Diane J. Mason )
Good morning Ms. Mason,
I have reviewed your responses in the above-referenced applications and there is one issue in each application that must be resolved before the application will be in condition for publication.
In each of the applications, the identification of services must be clarified because the wording “education” in “education and training in the field of sales, installation, use and maintenance of mobile devices, computers, computer peripherals, monitors, signage, displays and memory devices” is indefinite and must be amended to specify the form of education offered. The following wording is suggested, if accurate:
Providing on-line training materials in the field of sales, installation, use and maintenance of mobile devices, computers, computer peripherals, monitors, signage, displays and memory devices; education, namely, providing classes, workshops, seminars, and training in the field of sales, installation, use and maintenance of mobile devices, computers, computer peripherals, monitors, signage, displays and memory devices; providing a web site with non-downloadable publications in the nature of data sheets, periodicals, brochures, articles, study and teaching guides, electronic reference books, newsletters, manuals, reviews, and booklets in the field of sales, installation, use and maintenance of mobile devices, computers, computer peripherals, monitors, signage, displays and memory devices
I would be happy to enter the amended identification of services via examiner’s amendment with your authorization by return email or by phone at the number below. I will need to take action on this application by the end of the day, Tuesday March 3. If you are not able to respond by this date, I would still be happy to enter the amendment via examiner’s amendment at any time during the response period for any Office action issued.
Best regards,
Kristina Morris
