In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

I am entering two coexistence agreements to overcome the 2(d) REFUSALs. The specimen shows the Mark "Raptor" with a space next to the word Copper. The mark is used with several calibers of bullets, and so there are different designations and attached is a copy of the web site from at least a year ago showing the mark used as a trademark.
