ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Dear Sir or Madam, We received your answer and understand your concern about the consumer confusion related to the name Maderma, however, and since no existing business or products currently exists and uses the name Maderma, and to minimize any consumer confusion between our name Maderma and the name you mentioned Mederma, we propose to use the name Maderma as part of a new logo design and with a completely different font fronm the current name. We will attach the new logo and name font to the Response To Office Action form.
