My name is Adetayo and I'm the attorney handling your application ISTREAM (SN: 88464278). I just called your office and spoke with the receptionist but I wasn’t able to leave a voice message so I’m following up with this email to let you know that I've finished examining the application and there are a few issues that need to be resolved before I can move the application along. They are detailed below:
1. The wording “consultancy, advisory and information services in the field of automotive safety” in the ID is misclassified and belongs in class 045. Therefore, you can either delete this wording from the ID, or move it to class 045 and pay the fee for the additional class.
2. The specimen is refused because it does not show proper use of the mark in connection with the identified services. Further, if you choose to add class 045, per above, you will need a specimen for that class as well, as the specimen fails to show use with class 045 also.
Therefore, as soon as you get a chance, please either call or email me back acknowledging these issues, and I will send a Priority Action. However, if I do not hear back from you within 24 hours, then I will issue an Office Action.
