To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 88462471 SONY PICTURES STUDIOS(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/88462471/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES

Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 009 for Computer programs for sharing a device's displayed contents with others and simultaneously communicating with them via video chat; smartphone application software for sharing a smartphone's displayed contents with others and simultaneously communicating with them via video chat

Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
