(“Applicant”) hereby responds to the Office Action dated July 16, 2019 with respect to the above-referenced mark (“Applicant’s Mark” or “Mark).  The Examiner requires the Applicant to provide a statement that the name in the mark identifies a particular living individual and a written consent to register the name.

I.                   LIVING INDIVIDUAL STATEMENT

Applicant submits the following statement, in addition to the written consent submitted herewith:

The name shown in the Mark identifies Kendall Jenner, a living individual whose consent is of record.
