The attached two Office Actions were issued for Application Serial Nos. 88423460 and 88422500 for the mark ECOFIT in Classes 02 and 09. Upon review of the proposed revisions to the language in the application identifications, the Applicant would like to amend to the following (revisions in bold in the right-hand column):
