Hi Tarah,
Just to confirm, the description is accurate for a web-based or mobile-app based service which provides access to websites (i.e., web browser), correct? If so, please proceed with Class 38 services.
Thanks,
Andrew

Subject: U.S. Trademark App. No. 88421595 - Informal Inquiry
Hello,
I am currently examining the trademark application for the mark SION. No conflicting marks were found. However, before the mark can proceed to publication, the ID needs to be clarified to comply with office specificity requirements. I suggest the following if accurate:
Providing access to websites on the internet via a web browser, in International Class 38.
Displaying the websites of others on a computer server via a web browser, in International Class 41.
You have paid for international class. You may limit to one class or pay an additional $275 for the additional class. This can be done through our online response form once the action issues. Promptly let me know if you wish to add a class and if you agree to the proposed wording.
Sincerely,
Tarah Hardy Ludlow
Trademark Attorney
