I am the trademark examining attorney reviewing application No 88421158 for INVICTA ICON. There is one issue in the application that I think we can resolve by phone/email.

 

Specifically, the application does not include a translation for the term INVICTA. It appears from the register that most of applicant’s INVICTA marks, including the claimed prior registration, have the translation. The following statement should be added to the record:

 

          The English translation of “INVICTA” in the mark is “unconquered.”
