The Examining Attorney issued an Office Action in connection with the instant Application on August 28, 2019, refusing registration based on the following claims: A) the specimen that Applicant submitted when it filed the initial Application on May 6, 2019 does not show the mark in the drawing in use in commerce; and B) the applied-for mark, as used on the specimen of record, does not function as a trademark to indicate the source of Applicant's goods and to identify and distinguish them from others.
