This is written response to the Office Action of June 7, 2019 wherein the Examining Attorney refused to approve this application on the grounds that it appeared to be duplicative of prior-filed U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 86679111 for the mark PANAMA JACK in International Class 33. Applicant hereby advises the Examining Attorney that U.S. Trademark Application Serial No. 86679111 for the mark PANAMA JACK in International Class 33 was held abandoned on July 1, 2019. Accordingly, as there are no other issues, Applicant requests that this application be approved for publication. Such favorable action is earnestly solicited.
