Subject: Re: US Trademark Applications 88411236, 88411263 and 88411276 (DOMA with design)

Dear Ms. Newton,

I hope this email finds you well. I am the examining trademark attorney assigned to your client’s applications for DOMA (with design). There are a few small issues that need to be taken care of before the application can be approved for publication. First, I need the following changes to be made to the identifications to bring them into conformity with changes to how software IDs need to be worded as of January 2019

Class 9: Downloadable computer software, namely, downloadable software for ordering delivery, errand, repair, maintenance, and concierge services; Downloadable computer software for automated scheduling and dispatch of service providers; Downloadable computer software for coordinating dwelling services; Downloadable computer software for engaging dwelling services; Downloadable computer software for dwelling service job management and billing

Class 42: Software as a Service (SAAS) services featuring namely, software for ordering delivery, errand, repair, maintenance, and concierge services; Software as a Service (SAAS) services featuring software for automated scheduling and dispatch of service providers; Software as a Service (SAAS) services featuring software for coordinating dwelling services; Software as a Service (SAAS) services featuring software for engaging dwelling services; Software as a Service (SAAS) services featuring software for dwelling service job management and billing

Also, I would also like to add the following terms to the translation section as DOMA seems to have quite a few meanings in various languages: “domesticated, taming, and breaking in.”

I would be happy to make all of these changes for you with an examiner’s amendment. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

Sincerely,

Charles H. Hiser IV
