Thank you for your response to the Office Actions for the above-referenced trademark applications. Please note that while much of the identification of goods and services has been adequately amended, there remains problematic wording. I’ve attached a word document with the issues in bold, along with some explanatory comments in the margins. If you can either delete the problematic wording or amend it to acceptable language, I’d be happy to send both applications forward with Examiner’s Amendments, otherwise I’ll need to issue a Final Office Action with the requirements.
