In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Request that "lunch bags not of paper" be transferred to Serial No. 88403975 for SHADOWMAN covering Class 21 filed on the same day as this Class 18 application. Upon acceptance of transfer, applicant authorizes the deletion of good from this Class 18 application, Serial No. 88403966.
