EXPLANATION OF FILING

The description of the goods and services provided in association with this mark reads as follows:

 "Water enhancement device for pools and spas, namely, a device that converts circulating water into water vapor to create structured water; water enhancement device for pools and spas that a device infuses water with healthy ions, breaks down algae, conserves water and preserves water temperatures for pools and spas."

 Registrant seeks to amend the description of the goods and services to read:

 "Water enhancement device for pools and spas, namely, a device that converts circulating water into water vapor to create structured water."

 The amendment seeks to delete the described claims which read "water enhancement device for pools and spas that a device infuses water with healthy ions, breaks down algae, conserves water and preserves water temperatures for pools and spas."

The amended language seeks to delete claims which do not describe the goods.
