Per my voicemail, would you be willing to issue an Examiner’s Amendment for the MOS applications? The proposed amendments, including notes about where the language has been shifted from, is in the table below.
Also, you asked whether MOS has any significance in the computer and/or electronic forms field, trade or industry or as applied to applicant’s goods, or if such letters represent a “term of art” within applicant’s industry. The answer is no, the mark is a coined term and has no significance in the computer and/or electronic forms field, trade or industry or as applied to applicant’s goods or represent a term of art within applicant’s industry.
If you would rather I submit a response via TEAS, please let me know but I thought it might be easier to do this via EA as we are moving descriptions between companion applications. Thank you!
