ARGUMENT(S)
The Examining Attorney has initially refused registration for certain goods in IC 9 in light of US RN 4518014.  A Section 8 Declaration must be filed with respect to RN 4518014 by April 22, 2020 (regular term) or Oct 22, 2020 (grace) or the registration will be cancelled.  Applicant respectfully requests suspension of this application pending final disposition of the cited registration’s maintenance requirement.

Regarding the ID, the Examiner has requested that Applicant qualify "administration and coordination of team leagues in the field of video gaming" with "for individuals"; however, since "administration of community recreational sports leagues" is in the ID manual without this qualification Applicant believes it is not required.
