Ms. Biedinger,
I am the trademark examiner assigned to the marks in Trademark Application Serial Nos. 88384955 and 88384957. The only issue with the applications is that the mark descriptions are incomplete because they do not note that the design consists of a stylized “C”. Applicant may adopt “The mark consists of a stylized partial circle forming the letter “C”” if accurate. If these amendments are acceptable let me know and I will enter them into the records of the marks and approve them for publication.
