Subject: Trademark Application - design of razor - 88373204
[EXTERNAL EMAIL]
Hi Seth,
I have received and reviewed your response for the trademark application of a design of a stylized razor. Everything looks good with the disclaimer; however, my manager wanted to add a slight amendment to the mark description to note that it was two-dimension just to make it very clear that there are no product design issues. The following, if accurate, is recommended:
The mark consists of a two-dimensional stylized design of a razor with stylized soap bubbles shown on the top left portion and bottom right portion of the razor head. A design of two overlapping circles appears on the razor handle, which the lower circle being larger than the upper circle and the upper circle cutting through the top right portion of the lower circle.
Please let me know within the next few business days if this is an acceptable amendment. If so, I can make the changes on my end via Examiner’s Amendment and move the application forward. Thank you.
