In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

In accordance with Examiner's recommendation in her Office Action for the Mark HORIZON SERIES, Serial No. 88367297, Applicant is deleting the entirety of Class 10 goods from their Application. Applicant submits that the deletion of the goods in Class 10 is sufficient to remove the cited Reg. No. 3612797 as a block to the application.

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES

Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
