I am the USPTO Examiner reviewing the above-referenced application.
I have completed my review of the applicant’s response to Office action filed on September 18, 2019. I am willing to withdraw the likelihood of confusion refusal with the below proposed amendments to the identification, which further clarify the nature and intended use of applicant’s products. I note the proposed amendments are consistent with the information provided about applicant’s products in the response to Office action. With your express authorization, I can amend the application and issue an Examiner’s Amendment to resolve these issues informally.
Please respond as soon as is convenient, but not later than noon (EST) on Tuesday, October 15, 2019
