In addition, as Applicant has identified the type of metal for the marine hardware, Applicant believes that the identification is sufficiently definite. 

 

Accordingly, Applicant requests withdrawal of the requests concerning definiteness regarding the marine hardware and “wire rope fittings of metal, namely, trellis fixings.”

 

Conclusion

 

Having answered all of the issues raised in the Examiner’s Office Action, Applicant believes that its application is in condition for publication and respectfully requests such action.

In addition, as Applicant has identified the type of metal for the marine hardware, Applicant believes that the identification is sufficiently definite. 

 

Accordingly, Applicant requests withdrawal of the requests concerning definiteness regarding the marine hardware and “wire rope fittings of metal, namely, trellis fixings.”
