To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Reference is made to last email communication between the applicant and the Examining Attorney between August 1, 2019 and August 9, 2019.

As there is not enough time left to submit applicant's "Response to Office Action" and to avoid this trademark application being ABANDONED, applicant respectfully alerts the Examining Attorney that a response is awaited to finalize the amended identifications submitted by applicant via email on 7/9/2019.

Applicant appreciates the fact that the Examining Attorney has spent a great deal of time and effort in reviewing this application and also realizes the workload factor during this year-end holiday season must be affecting the processing times.

Likewise, applicant is making bonafide effort to advance the application prosecution to support proper examination, publication and successful registration on the Principal Register.
