Hello, Ms. Balmat, I am requesting authorization for an examiner’s amendment to amend the identification to put trademark serial nos. 88346500 and 88346529 MATRIX & Design in condition for approval. Upon further review, the likelihood of confusion refusals and potential likelihood of confusion issues are withdrawn: Upon further review, earlier filed application no. 79231218, now registered, is withdrawn as a potential likelihood of confusion cite. Also, the likelihood of confusion refusals based on Registration Nos. 2805267 and 5268981 are withdrawn.
In order to place these two applications in condition for approval, please reply, authorizing me to amend the identification of goods to the following:
