Hi Michele,

 

I am the Trademark Examiner assigned to this application. I am in the process of reviewing it and I need an amended drawing. There is a period after the wording “WORLDPOINT” in the drawing, but not in any of the specimens. There is the registered mark symbol on the specimens, and I think that might be what the period is in the drawing, but this symbol is not part of the mark and is not registerable. I can amend the drawing for you to delete the period/symbol, and this will avoid any matching issues. Please let me know if you approve of this change and I will enter it with an Examiner’s Amendment. Thanks so much.
