Application has been amended as shown below.  As agreed to by attorney Timothy J. Bechen on November 15, 2019, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a). After issuance of this Examiner’s Amendment, the application will be suspended based on the prior-pending applications provided in the Office action dated May 24, 2019.

IDENTIFICATION OF SERVICES

The identification of services is amended to read as follows:  “cryptocurrency exchange services, namely, providing digital tokens representing natural area and natural resources relating to projects associated with nature conservation; cryptocurrency exchange services, namely, providing electronically collectible digital tokens representing natural area and natural resources relating to projects associated with nature conservation” in International Class 36.  See TMEP §§1402.01, 1402.01(e).

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

The application will be suspended based on the prior pending applications in Serial Nos. 88122800, 88122806, 88122808, and 88122811.
