Cannella on May 29, 2020, the examining attorney has amended the application as shown below.  Please notify the examining attorney immediately of any objections.  TMEP §707.  Otherwise, no response is required.  Id.  In addition, applicant is advised that amendments to the goods and/or services are permitted only if they clarify or limit them; amendments that add to or broaden the scope of the goods and/or services are not permitted.  37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).

Amend the description of the mark to read: The mark consists of the words "BIG RED" in stylized font in the color white. Centered above the words is an image of a barn on a hill, with a view of the front and right side of the barn, and appearing within a small white box. The words and the barn image in a box appear towards the bottom of the mark. The barn is in the color red, with the roof of the barn in the color white. The barn doors are outlined in the color white and the two windows on the right side of the barn are in the color white. The hill is denoted by red and white stripes. In the background of the entire mark appears an enlarged red shadow image of the barn.
