Subject: ITURN and ITURN (and Design): Ser. No. 88314796 and 88315324

Good afternoon Nathaniel –

This email mirrors my voicemail and is in regards to our conversation earlier this afternoon. Namely, I confirm that the revision to my clients ITURN applications (as referenced above) is acceptable.

Specialty support surfaces, namely, supports for general medical use in the form of mattresses, mats, pads and therapeutic overlays for beds for use in the prevention of decubitus ulcers and to provide pulmonary therapy

To the extent you are able to enter this change by examiner’s amendment and approve the applications for publication, please proceed. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

I look forward to hearing from you.
